Summary:

As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll take charge of innovative projects from design to commissioning, ensuring powerful, efficient, and reliable systems.

The purpose of this role:
  • Design, plan, and oversee the electrical and automation aspects of engineering projects
  • Ensuring the development of efficient, reliable, and high-quality equipment and factory systems tailored for the seed, feed, and food industries.
  • Driving project success from concept through to commissioning
  • Aligning electrical systems with performance, safety, and regulatory standards,
  • Supporting the seamless integration of systems into new and existing manufacturing processes.
  • Foster partnerships with key suppliers and channel partners
  • Lead the automation, development and testing of our patented state-of-the-art equipment in our purpose-built R&D facility.
  • Ultimately, this role ensures that all electrical components meet both technical and operational requirements, contributing to the overall success and innovation of the business’s engineering solutions.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (such as Mechatronics or Automation Engineering).
  • Proven experience in managing electrical projects from design through to commissioning, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Strong skills in designing electrical systems and layouts for complex machinery and factory setups, with experience in Solidworks, AutoCAD, Inventor, Creo or similar design software.
  • Proficiency in PLCs (e.g., Schneider), SCADA systems, and HMI programming, with knowledge of automation protocols and Ethernet/IP.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting control systems, including motor drives, and VSDs.
  • Understanding of industrial power distribution, circuit protection, and grounding practices.
  • Prior experience in the seed, feed, or food industries is highly desirable, though experience in other related industries may be considered.
  • Familiarity with local and international electrical standards (e.g., AS/NZS 3000) and industry regulations, including safety compliance and risk assessments.
  • Proficiency in Solidworks Electrical 3D and/or Solidworks Electrical Schematic
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation

As Manufacturing Manager, you’ll oversee our production operations from end to end, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety across our manufacturing processes. You’ll lead a talented team, optimize production workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver top-tier equipment solutions for the seed, food, and feed industry. This role is perfect for a proactive leader ready to enhance productivity and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role will also make a material contribution to the success of our ERP implementation.

The purpose of this role:
  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are met within budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving productivity, and reducing costs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled production staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high standards for health and safety across the production floor.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and quality assurance teams to enhance product design, streamline processes, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and material logistics to support uninterrupted production.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

This role will manage the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role is critical to supporting our growing team by ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience and supporting company leadership through effective administration of Human Resources operations.

The purpose of this role:
  • Source, screen, and select qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
  • Coordinate and conduct initial interviews, ensuring candidate alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  • Manage job postings and maintain relationships with recruitment partners/agencies.
  • Schedule interviews, manage the interview calendar, and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for new hires.
  • Assist with preparing onboarding materials and coordinating initial training schedules.
  • Handle new hire documentation, including employment contracts, background checks, and reference verifications.
  • Maintain and update human resources records, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

To be considered for this role you must have:
  • Study previously or currently of Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination in Australia
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for talent acquisition, thriving on hunting for talent and being driven to recruit the ideal candidate to build business capacity.
